PS 100 Dress Code
At PS 100, we take pride in our appearance as it reflects the spirit of our school community. To maintain a conducive learning environment, we have established the following dress code:
Standard Attire:
- Tops: Navy blue, polo-style shirts.
- Bottoms: Tan or khaki pants, shorts, skirts, or jumpers.
School Logo Apparel:
- Clothing featuring the PS 100 logo, including physical education attire, is available for purchase year-round.
Dress Code Enforcement:
- PS 100 is committed to upholding the dress code policy. Students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Shirts must cover the torso adequately. Tank tops, low-cut blouses, and other revealing tops are not permitted.
- Skirts should be of modest length; mini-skirts are not allowed.
- Oversized t-shirts that do not fit properly are not acceptable.
- Headwear such as hats, scarves, bandanas, and head wraps are not to be worn inside the school, except for religious reasons.
Incentives:
- To encourage adherence to the dress code, PS 100 will offer rewards to students who consistently present themselves in proper school attire.
