Second Grade

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

Below is a list of school supplies that your child will need for second grade. Please be sure to label all supplies and send them to school on the first day with your child. Please note pencils and tissues will have to be replenished throughout the school year.

Students should wear their PS 100 uniform every day. Our uniform is a navy top and khaki/tan bottom. 

Please make sure your child reads every day during the summer.Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation. We look forward to a productive and exciting school year. Have a safe, healthy, and happy summer!

Please send the following to school: 

Headphones (Very Important)

4 black and white composition notebooks (no spirals or binders) 

5 pocket folders – red, green, blue, yellow,and 1 of your choice (Plastic preferred)

1 soft pencil case 

100 sharpened #2 pencils (please do not bring sharpeners to school) 

1 package of colored pencils 

1 package of crayons 

1 package of glue sticks 

3 rolls of paper towels 

2 boxes of tissues 

2 bottles of hand soap 

2 packages of dry erase markers (Expo preferred) 

1 4-pack of post-it notes 

2 packages of Clorox wipes

1 package of baby wipes

1 box gallon size ziploc bags

1 box quart size ziploc bags

1 ruler (inches and centimeters)
